Hi! My name is Tina, and I am trying to earn my Gold Award, the highest award a Girl Scout can achieve. To get the Award I must complete a major community service project.
My project is called "Recycle Me Please!" and has two parts. (1) To make more people, especially teens and children, aware of the importance of organ donation, and (2) to increase the number of donors in the Donate Life Organ & Tissue Donor Registry.
You can help people live longer and help me get my Gold Award by doing three things: (1) by becoming more aware of the need for more organ and tissue donors; (2) by encouraging friends and family members to learn more about the merits of organ donation; and, most importantly, (3) by registering to become an organ donor yourself.
